Room was small (Superior room), pool had too much chlorine - left eyes stinging, asked staff to book a squash court and they didn't even answer, hotel is a long way from anything

The location was perfect, being in the city center made it easy for us to explore the area. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were small, but they were well-designed and had everything we needed. The large bathroom was a bonus too. The pool area was lovely, and we enjoyed having it all to ourselves for a few hours. we were impressed with the modern feel of this hotel and the inviting lobby and lounge.

We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

everything was good and rooms were wonderful and amazingly comfortable. location: the hotel was adjacent to palais des sports arena, the outskirts of pau and public transport. it also was to far from town centre. the extremely friendly and efficient staff was much appreciated. the food was brilliant, reasonably priced.
